WCC participated in the Chronicle of Higher Education’s “Great Colleges to Work For” survey in 2010, 2013, and 2016. We are making available the Topline (Summary) Results for all three years along with the most recent Employee Comments Report. These reports, each based on a large and representative sample of WCC employees, show a precipitous decline in morale and job satisfaction. The frank and unscripted Employee Comments provide informative details about the specific reasons WCC is no longer a great college to work for.
