The newly negotiated rates are filled in under contract adjustments. The red values are merely hypothetic place markers. To calculate your own retro pay, you need to replace all the red values with your own actual figures. Calculating adjunct/overload retro requires entering both your actual hourly rate and the number of hours you worked each week each semester.
